As the long, cold nights of winter surround us picture yourself amongst friends, enjoying the delicious smell and taste of fine Italian food and wine while learning about the artful treasures of Italy.

Come warm your soul with Chef Christiana, as she demonstrates the fine art of Mediterranean cooking in this three part cooking class.

Set in the kitchen of Via Alto 27 Restaurant, Chef Christiana will share her favorite recipes for Antipasti, Primi Piatti, Secondi Piatti e Contorni and of course Dolci.

Following the demonstrations, participants will have the opportunity to sample each dish, while learning about Italian wine, food, language and Renaissance Art Classes will be held from 6 - 8:00 p.m. on:

Monday, January 18th
Prosciutto with Melon, Gnocchi with Chopped Tomato, Eggplant Parmesan, Minted Pears with Gorgonzola

Monday, February 15th
Tuscan White Bean Crostini, Swordfish Pomodoro, Homemade Pasta, Caprese Cake

Monday, March 15th
Grilled Vegetables with Creamy Polenta, Chicken Piccata, Orange Thyme Granita in Lemon Anise Cookie Cups

Cost: $50 each class or register for all 3 for $130

Reservations required. Please contact Sheri Rohr, 978.365.5673 to register or for additional information. Reservations will be accepted up to 5days prior to each date. Minimum class size is 15 and class is limited to 20.
